You can upgrade your support package at any time. To upgrade your support package simply send us a support ticket requesting the upgrade and we will contact you to arrange a new standing order to cover the cost of the new support package.

Based on the support package you choose replies are prioritised as follows:

  • Basic Support Package – Email support only (48 hour response time*).
  • Business Support Package – Email and 30 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
  • Pro / Retail Support Package – Email and 60 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
