We always aim to reply to any support request within 24 hours. During busy periods and public holidays this reply time may be longer.
Always check our FAQs section before submitting a question as popular questions has already been answered. When submitting a ticket our system will recommend FAQs that may be useful as you type your ticket title.
Based on your support package replies are prioritised as follows:
- Basic Support Package – Email support only (48 hour response time*).
- Business Support Package – Email and 30 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
- Pro / Retail Support Package – Email and 60 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
