Our support system is fully automated and sends your support request directly to a support team member to help resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

We always aim to reply to any support request within 24 hours. During busy periods and public holidays this reply time may be longer.

Always check our FAQs section before submitting a question as popular questions has already been answered. When submitting a ticket our system will recommend FAQs that may be useful as you type your ticket title.

Based on your support package replies are prioritised as follows:

  • Basic Support Package – Email support only (48 hour response time*).
  • Business Support Package – Email and 30 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
  • Pro / Retail Support Package – Email and 60 minutes of telephone support (24 hour response time*).
